payments do we take?
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, e-checks, government checks,
PayPal, purchase orders, Western Union and wire transfers.
How much does delivery cost?
Free worldwide on all orders under 3 kg.
Can I track my order?
Yes, order tracking allows you to follow the progress of your order until it
reaches you. Tracking will tell you if your product is on order, in dispatch, or
with the courier.
When do I get what I buy?
Providing all products are in stock, orders placed are normally dispatched on
the same working day. On average, goods will arrive within 2 - 5 working days.
Will Customs allow your purchase?
To date, no items have been confiscated.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before dispatch if you contact us with your order
reference number. Orders cancelled by you after dispatch of the goods will be
subject to a handling fee, which covers our reasonable re-stocking and
administrative costs.
What if I cannot find what I want?
If you cannot source a particular product, please contact us with your specific
requirements, and we'll endeavour to find what you need.
What happens if I have not received all of my order?
If you receive an incomplete order, please contact us with the order number and
details of the incomplete items. We will endeavour to resolve the problem and
get back to you within 48 hrs.
What about the warranty?
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, no problem - please contact us with your order number. We will issue an RMA
number or may offer an alternative product.
